1. Overview

Gift cards are a wonderful way to share the love of art. They are available in fixed denominations and can be used toward any eligible purchase made directly through this website.

2. No Expiry

In accordance with Alberta's Gift Card Regulation under the Consumer Protection Act, gift cards purchased on this website do not expire and will retain their full value until redeemed. No fees or deductions will ever be applied for inactivity or maintenance.

3. Usage Guidelines

  • Gift cards are valid for use on all eligible items sold through this website, including original art, prints, and select merchandise.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

  • Unless otherwise noted, gift cards cannot be applied to custom commissions.

  • Any remaining balance after a purchase will be available for future use.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Redeemable for Cash

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. All sales of gift cards are final.

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card code like cash. We are unable to replace or reissue lost, stolen, or accidentally deleted codes.

6. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel a gift card or refuse redemption if there is reason to believe it was obtained fraudulently, altered, or used in violation of these terms.

7. How to Redeem

To use your gift card:

  1. Add your selected artwork or items to your cart.

  2. At checkout, enter your gift card code in the field provided.

  3. The gift card value will be applied to your total. Any remaining balance can be paid via other available payment methods.
