By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, purchasers, and clients booking services.

1. Use of the Website

You may use www.Bugpin.shop (“Site”) to browse and purchase art merchandise, including prints, stickers, and greeting cards, and to book tattoo appointments with the artist known as Bug.pin. By using this Site, you agree that:

  • You are the age of majority in your province or territory.

  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You will comply with all local laws applicable to your use of this Site.

2. Products and Merchandise

All products offered through the Site are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or violate our policies.

3. Tattoo Bookings

Bug.pin offers both flash tattoos (pre-designed) and custom tattoos. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

A. Flash Tattoos

  • Bookable directly through the Site.

  • All flash tattoo prices listed are starting prices only.

  • Final pricing is determined at the discretion of Bug.pin and is subject to change based on factors such as size, placement, and complexity.

  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the quoted price is required to secure the booking.

  • Deposits are applied to the final cost of the tattoo.

  • Flash designs may be repeated and tattooed on multiple people unless otherwise stated

B. Custom Tattoos

  • Charged at an hourly rate of $180/hour with a minimum charge of $100.

  • Custom designs require a non-refundable deposit ranging from $50 to $150, depending on the design scope and size.

  • Final price is determined following consultation and may vary due to changes in size, detail, or design complexity.

C. Deposits and Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to client cancellations, reschedules, or failure to appear.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of deposit.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

You acknowledge and understand that all tattoo procedures involve certain health risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, and skin complications. By booking a tattoo, you confirm that:

  • You are in good health and have disclosed any conditions relevant to your safety.

  • You accept all risks associated with the tattooing process.

  • You release Bug.pin and Asher Belzil from any claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action that may arise from the procedure.

  • A signed liability & consent waiver is required before getting a tattoo.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Alberta law, Bug.pin and Asher Belzil shall not be held liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

  • Injuries or adverse reactions related to the tattooing process;

  • Losses arising from use or misuse of this website or any of its contents;

  • Errors in pricing, content, or availability.

All services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

6. Discount Code Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to:

  • Tattoo bookings or deposits;

  • Items listed as on sale or discounted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including artwork, images, branding, and designs, are the exclusive property of Asher Belzil and may not be reproduced, copied, or reused without express written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10. Modifications to Terms

Bug.pin reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
