Thank you for supporting independent art! This Shipping & Refund Policy applies to all art product orders (including prints, stickers, greeting cards, etc.) placed through our website. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Policy
A. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
B. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, or holidays.
C. Local Pickup
If you have a tattoo appointment booked with Bug.pin, you may choose local pickup for your art order.
Pickup will occur at the time of your tattoo session at Bug.pin’s tattoo studio in Calgary, Alberta.
Please select the "Local Pickup at Tattoo Appointment" option at checkout and include your appointment details in the notes.
2. Refund & Return Policy
A. Art Products
All art sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, many of which are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on prints, stickers, greeting cards, or other artwork. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to assist with a replacement if eligible.
B. Tattoos & Deposits
All tattoo services are non-refundable. A tattoo is a permanent form of body modification, and results will vary depending on skin type, placement, aftercare, and individual healing. Tattoos are extremely difficult, costly, and often impossible to fully remove or reverse. By booking a tattoo appointment, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your decision to be tattooed. Deposits for tattoo appointments are also non-refundable and non-transferable, and may be forfeited in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Bug.pin is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost items once shipped. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist you where possible.
