Gift card Policy

• Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

• Validity: Gift cards do not expire, in accordance with Alberta’s Gift Card Regulation under the Fair Trading Act. Any gift card sold for a fixed dollar amount will retain its full value until used.

• Usage: Gift cards may be redeemed exclusively for original artwork, prints, or other products available on this website. They cannot be used for custom commissions unless explicitly stated at time of purchase.

• No Fees: No service fees or inactivity charges will be applied to any gift card.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Please treat your gift card code like cash. Lost or stolen codes will not be replaced or honored.

• Limitations: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They are for personal use only and may not be used for resale or commercial purposes.

• Fraud Protection: We reserve the right to cancel a gift card or refuse a transaction if we believe it was purchased or used fraudulently.
